What Do I Do?

Growth

Over the last decade, I have worked at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and delivery, with a consistent focus on turning capability into revenue. I have spent time on the details of acquisition funnels, pricing decisions, and customer lifecycle performance, and I have learned what actually moves the needle versus what looks good in a deck. My default mode is to test, measure, and iterate, while keeping an eye on the longer loops that compound over time. Along the way, I have shaped product market fit, improved conversion, and built partnerships that expanded reach, always with unit economics and brand credibility treated as first-order constraints.

Engineering

Over the years, I have repeatedly been dropped into messy, high-stakes engineering situations where the job is to simplify, stabilise, and then accelerate. I have modernised legacy monoliths, moved teams towards cloud native patterns, and built greenfield products when speed mattered but reliability still had to hold. I tend to focus on the fundamentals: sensible technology choices, resilient design, and disciplined engineering practice, with real attention on how work flows through build, test, deploy, and operate. I use code reviews, DevOps workflows, and performance tuning to raise the bar and transfer judgment, so the team can move faster long after the initial push.

Strategy

Throughout my career, I have often been pulled into situations where a team has ambition but not yet a coherent set of choices. I have helped turn that ambiguity into direction by clarifying the goal, understanding the competitive context, and translating intent into a small number of priorities that can actually be executed. I am comfortable challenging assumptions, pressure testing scenarios, and using lightweight financial models to make trade-offs explicit rather than implicit. The work usually comes down to focus: deciding where to play, how to win, and what capabilities to build, then aligning time, talent, and capital around those decisions.

Inspiration

It’s good to talk! Inspiration takes the form of keynote speaking that energises audiences and catalyses cultural change. Drawing on real-world stories and tailored research, I craft talks that connect strategic imperatives to personal motivation, leaving listeners with both the clarity to see new possibilities and the conviction to act. Whether you’re launching a transformation program or celebrating a milestone, each keynote is designed to spark fresh thinking, reinforce your mission, and send people back to work with renewed purpose. Need motivation? Let’s energise your teams around your mission, vision, and purpose; whether in person or over the wires, the energy will be infectious.
